1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete package.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as:
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, hygiene products)
- Opened or used electronic gadgets
- Custom or special-order products
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@mdsshopping.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to us or await courier pickup, depending on your location.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
If your return is denied (e.g., item used, missing accessories, not in original condition), we’ll return it back to you.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per the above terms.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check with your bank or payment provider.
- Then contact us at contact@mdsshopping.in, and we’ll assist you promptly.
