7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Return within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
- Email contact@mdsshopping.in with order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
- Cancellations allowed before dispatch only.
