- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
We will notify you via email if there is any major delay.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver products across India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you confirm the order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting your courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the provided address is incorrect or the delivery fails due to an unavailable customer:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery.
- If the order is returned to us, we can re-ship it after confirming the correct address.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take full responsibility for shipping-related issues.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mdsshopping.in with photos or proof.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
7. International Shipping
At this time, MDS Store ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced in the future.
